Based on our excellent program, Happy Kids has been selected by the California Department of Education to provide full-day, funded childcare and half-day State Preschool services to qualifying families in El Dorado County.

Happy Kids is a private childcare agency providing services at three convenient locations in El Dorado County. Happy Kids offers a full early education program for children ages 0-6 years.

HAPPY KIDS OFFERS:

• Quality educational learning centers designed for children’s early learning in science, math, computers, arts, large and small motor skills, early literacy, pre-kindergarten readiness, sensory activities, and many more to make your child’s day a fun and exciting learning experience.
   

• The Infant/Toddler program is based on the “Program for Infant Toddler" curriculum developed from WestEd and the State Department of Education. The program is based on best practices for infants and toddlers and uses the most recent research on brain development to prepare your child for success in learning.
   

• More than 30 highly qualified, trained, and motivated teachers who are dedicated to providing an enriching learning experience for Children. Most teachers hold a Child Development Teacher Permit issued through the State of California Teacher Credentialing.
   

• Free nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack) for all children.
